- Cancellations are required to make 14 days before arrival during Low Season, 21 days before arrival during High Season, and 30 days before arrival during Peak Season. Any cancellations made after deadline, 1-night rate per room will be applicable with No Exceptions.

- Airport transfer fee person per one-way trip is 200 THB.

- Extra bed surcharge per be per night is 1,000 THB including breakfast.
- Baby cot is available upon request for child under 2 for free of charge.

- No charge for a child under 5 sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 1 child/ room.
