- NO REFUND for Early Check-Out Guests who book less than 5 nights.

- Scheduled transfer from/to Koh Tao Pier to/from the Resort is available for free of charge.

- Check-in time is 13:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Late check-outs after 11:00 to 18:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of room rate per room per night and full room rate per room per night will be applied to late check-outs after 18:00 hrs.
- No charge for child under 7 sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 2 child/ room. No breakfast included.
