- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- Cancellations are required to make at least 7 days before arrival; otherwise, 1-night rate per room will be applicable.
- Last minute cancellations will be charged 1-night rate per room during Low Season and 2-night rate per room in High Season.
- 1-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows.
- NO REFUND for Early Check-Outs.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of daily continental breakfast, service charge, and 7% VAT.
- All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy.
- Airport transfer fee is 350 THB per 2 persons for single trip.
- No extra bed available.
- No baby cot available.
- VISA and MasterCard are accepted plus 3% bank service fee.
- Check-in time is after 13:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check-out surcharge is 100 THB per hour, but not later than 17:00 hrs. Late check-out surcharged after 17:00 hrs. is 1-night rate per room.
- No charge for child under xx sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 2 adults and 1 child/ room.
