- Cancellations are required to make at least 10 days prior to arrival in Low & High Seasons and 21 days prior to arrival in peak Season; otherwise, 50% of rate per room will be applied to Cancellations
- NO REFUND for No Shows.
- NO REFUND for Early Check-Outs.
- Transfer fee from Airport or pier to the resort is 500 THB/ car/ one-way trip with maximum 2 persons.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
- All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy.
- Extra bed surcharge per bed per night is 500 THB in Low & High Seasons and 600 THB in Peak Season including breakfast.
- Baby cot is available upon request for free of charge.
- VISA, MasterCard, and JCB are accept.
- Check-in time is after 13:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
