- Coffee & tea making facilities, umbrella, hair dryer, sofa, microwave oven, kettle, dishes, spoons, & forks are available at Sweet Rooms, Pool Sweet Rooms, and Family Rooms.
- Pantry is available at Sweet Rooms, Pool Sweet Rooms, and Family Rooms.
- There is living Room area in Family Rooms.
- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- Cancellations and No Shows with Refund are required to be made 10 days before arrival during Low Season, and 36 days before arrival during High & Peak Seasons; otherwise, NO REFUND.
- NO REFUND for Early Check-Outs.
- Airport transfer fee is 200 THB/ person/ one-way trip.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and exclusive of breakfast until 31 October 2008, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
