Terms & Conditions:
- Lounge areas are provided in Holiday Suites.
- Each Grand View Suite has a separate living room.
- All room types are equipped with IDD telephone, bedside light controls, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryer, and balcony or veranda, except Deluxe Rooms (Building) that are without coffee & tea making facilities and hair dryer provided.
- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- 1-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows, Early Check-Outs, or Cancellations on arrival.
- Airport transfer fee per person per one-way trip is 250 THB.
- Transfer fee to Lamai per person per one-way trip is 200 THB and to Chaweng is 300 THB.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
- Extra bed surcharge per bed per night is 600 THB, available only at Suites.
- Baby cot is available upon request for free of charge.
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club International are accepted.
- Check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. Late check-out surcharge per room is 500 THB will be applied to any check-outs that are not later than 20:00 hrs. 1-night rate per room will be applied to late check-out after 20:00 hrs.
- No charge for a child aged 2 - 12 sharing a room with parents without extra bed. Compulsory breakfast surcharge will be applicable at 250 THB/ meal.
