Terms & Conditions:
- Every room is equipped with individual temperature remote controlled air-conditioning, telephone, safe box, umbrella, slippers, and bathrobes.
- Daily complementary bottles of drinking water.
- Hair dryer is available only at Villa Suite.
- Coffee & tea making facilities are available only at Studio Room and Villa Suite.
- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- No charge for Cancellations, No Shows, or Amendments made 7 days before arrival during Low Season, 14 days before arrival during High Season, and 30 days before arrival during Peak Season; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited automatically or a No Show charge will be applied of 1 night.
- 30% of room rate per room per night will be applied to Early Check-Outs.
- Airport transfer fee is 300 THB/ person/ one-way trip.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF for 2 persons, service charge, 7% VAT, and prevailing government tax.
- All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons/ room.
- Extra bed surcharge per bed per night is 600 THB including breakfast.
- Baby cot is available upon request for free of charge.
- VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check-outs is subject to availability and 50% of room rate/ room/ night will be applicable if check-out prior to 18:00 hrs. and full room rate/ night/ room will be applied to late check-outs after 18:00 hrs.
- No charge for a child under 12 sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 1 child/ room. Compulsory ABF per child per meal at 240 THB will be applicable.
