- Private veranda is available at every room type.
- Living room is available at every room type, except Economy Suite.
- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- 1-night rate per room will be applied to Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival.
- NO REFUND for No Shows.
- 1-night rate per room will be applied to Early Check-Outs.
- Pick-up service from the Airport is available for free of charge. Drop-off service fee per person is 300 THB.
- Above rates for daily rent are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of breakfast, except Economy Suite rate that is exclusive of breakfast.
- Above rates for monthly rent are in Thai Baht per room per month and exclusive of breakfast and electricity charge at 5 THB/ unit.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons for Economy Suite and Log House Twin (1) & (2), 3 persons for Log House A, 4 persons for Benjamaporn House and Log House B, and 6 persons for Log House D.
