- No charge for No Shows and Cancellations made 7 days before arrival during Low Season; otherwise, 1-night rate per room will be applicable.
- No charge for No Shows and Cancellations made 14 days before arrival during High and Peak Seasons; otherwise, 30% of total booking cost will be applicable.
- 1-night rate per room will be applied to Early Check-Outs.
- Airport transfer fee per person per one-way trip is 700 THB/ with maximum of 2 persons.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge, 7% VAT, local tax, and other applicable taxes.
