Terms & Conditions:
- Veranda is available at every room.
- All room types are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, coffee & tea making facilities, telephone, safe box, & sofa, except Sailor Cottage.
- Hair dryer is available in Deluxe Pirate Cottage (Pool View), Deluxe Pirate Cottage (Beach Front), & Captain Suite (2 Bedrooms).
- Captain Suite (2 Bedrooms) consists of one master bedroom with 1 double bed, hot shower & bathtub, one bedroom with 2 single beds & hot shower only, and living room area.
- Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
- No charge for Cancellations made 7 days before arrival during 16 October 2008 - 20 December 2008; otherwise, 1-night rate per room will be applicable. Cancellations are required to make 10 days before arrival during 21 December 2008 - 10 January 2009; otherwise, 50% of total booking cost will be applicable.
- 2-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows during 16 October 2008 - 20 December 2008 & 11 January 2009 - 16 October 2009. No Refund for No Shows during 21 December 2008 - 10 January 2009.
- Early Check-Outs are required to make at least 24 hours before departure and 1-night rate per room will be applicable.
- Compulsory transfer fee per person per one-way trip is 50 THB and 100 THB for two-way trip. Departure time of pick-up service is at 09:30 - 10:30 hrs. and 14:30 - 15:30 hrs. Departure time of drop-off service is at 08:30 hrs. and 13:30 hrs.
- All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
- All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons for all room types, except Captain Suites that can accommodate up to 4 persons.
- Extra bed surcharge per bed per night including breakfast is 1,200 THB for adult and 800 THB for child under 10.
- Baby cot surcharge per cot per night is 200 THB for children aged 1 - 3 years old.
- VISA and MasterCard are accept.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- No charge for child whose height is less than 70 cm. for both accommodation and breakfast when sharing a room with parents without extra bed.
- Compulsory breakfast surcharge at 150 THB/ meal will be applied to child whose height is 70 - 90 cm. and 300 THB/ meal for child whose height is over 90 cm. when sharing a room with parents without extra bed.
