    - All suites consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a sitting room, a dinning room, and pantry.
    - Jacuzzi is provided at Royal Suites.
    - All room types are equipped with fridge, coffee & tea making facilities, IDD telephone, safe box, hair dryer, bathrobe, and balcony or veranda.
    - Beautiful flower decoration in bed room and cake will be provided for guests who are on Honeymoon or Anniversary.

    - Deluxe Hotel Wing and Deluxe Royal Wing (Single/ Double): 1 Single Bed, 2 Single Beds, or 1 Double Bed.
    - Deluxe Royal Wing (Triple): 2 Beds (1D/1S) or 3 Single Beds.
    - Villa: 1 Single Bed, 2 Single Beds, or 1 Double Bed.
    - Beach Front: 1 Single Bed, 2 Single Beds, or 1 Double Bed.
    - Suites: 2 Single Beds (1S/1S), 4 Single Beds (2S/2S), or 2 Double Beds (1D/1D), 2 Beds (1D/1S), or 3 Beds (2S/1S).


  • Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
  • No refund for Early Check-Outs.
  • 50% of total booking cost will be applied to No Shows during Low & High Seasons. No Shows during Peak Season are Non-Refundable.
  • 1-night rate per room will be applied to Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
  • Airport transfer fee per person per one-way trip is 200 THB for adult and 100 THB for child aged 3 - 12 years old.
  • All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
  • Extra bed surcharge per bed per night is 1,000 THB including ABF, available only at Royal Suites.
  • Villas with 2 Beds (1D/1S) are for Double occupancy. The 3rd person will be charged 1,000 THB/ night including extra bed and ABF.
  • Baby cot is available upon request for a child under 2 for free of charge.
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Euro, and Diners Club International are accepted.
  • Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • A child aged 3 - 12 years old sharing a room with parents without extra bed will be charged 400 THB/ night including breakfast.
