**SURCHARGE AT 1,000 THB/ ROOM/ NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED DURING SONG KRAN FESTIVAL (10 - 15 APRIL)**
- Complimentary coffee & tea making facilities are available in all room types.
- Welcome drink upon arrival and welcome fruit basket upon arrival in room.
Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
Cancellations are required to make 14 days before arrival during Low Season, 21 days before arrival during High Season, and 30 days before arrival during Peak Season. Any cancellations made after deadline, 1-night rate per room will be applicable with No Exceptions.
1-night rate per room will be applied to Early Check-Outs with No Exceptions.
Airport transfer fee person per one-way trip is 200 THB.
All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge, and provincial tax.
All rates are per room per night for Single or Double occupancy.
Extra bed surcharge per be per night is 1,000 THB including breakfast.
Baby cot is available upon request for child under 2 for free of charge.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club International are accepted.
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
No charge for a child under 5 sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 1 child/ room.
A child aged 5 - 12 years old sharing a room with parents without extra bed will be charge 350 THB/ night including breakfast.
Booking Restrictions:
High Season: A minimum stay is 5 nights.
Peak Season during 20 Dec.'08 - 10 Jan. '09: A minimum stay is 10 nights.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner: 5,000 THB/ person for adult and 2,500 THB/ person for child aged 5 - 12 years old.
What you can expect:
After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.

In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 5% for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.
Phangan Info Co. Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/thailandbooking, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
