- Each room type is equipped with DVD player, electronic safe, telephone, coffee & tea making facilities, en-suite bathroom, and veranda or balcony.
- CD player is provided in Deluxe Junior Suites Ocean View, Junior Suites Beachfront, and Deluxe Thai Villa only.
- Day bed is provided in all room types, except Large Junior Suite Ocean View which sofa & coffee table is provided.
- Ceiling fan is provided only in Deluxe Garden View, Large Junior Suite Ocean View, and Deluxe Thai Villa.
- Deluxe Thai Villas are 2-storey villas consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 en-suite bathrooms, living area, and have hair dryer, umbrellas, iron & ironing board, daily newspaper, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped dinning room, and private parking
Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
Cancellations made 1 month prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred.
Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival date, Early Check-outs, or No Shows:
- 1-night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred during low season.
- 2-night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee will be applied to any bookings during high season.
- 3-night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee will be applied to any bookings during peak season.
Airport transfer fee per person per two-way trip is 500 THB.
All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy, except Deluxe Thai Villas which are for 4 persons.
Extra bed/ extra person per bed or person per night including ABF is 1,200 THB for adult and 600 THB for child aged 3 - 12 years old.
Baby cot is available upon request for child under 2 for free of charge.
VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check-out surcharge at 1,000 THB/ room will be applied to any check-outs that are not later than 15:00 hrs. and one and a half of room rate will be applied to any check-outs that are after 15:00 hrs.
Booking Restrictions:
Peak Season: A minimum stay is 6 nights.
Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner: 3,295 THB/ person for adult and 1,647.50 THB/ person for child under 12. Free of charge for child under 5.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner: 4,472 THB/ person for adult and 2,236 THB/ person for child under 12. Free of charge for child under 5.

After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
