-Every room is equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, IDD telephone, safe, umbrella, hair dryer, bathrobes, wireless Internet, and day bed.
Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
Cancellations/ Amendments are required to make at least 14 days before arrival during High & Peak Seasons and 7 days before arrival during Low Season; otherwise, 1-night rate per room will be applicable.
1-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows.
NO REFUND for Early Check-Outs.
All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
All above rates are for are for 2 adults/ room or Single/ Double occupancy. Extra person (3rd person) surcharge per person per night is 700 THB including rollaway bed and breakfast.
No baby cot available upon request for free of charge.
Airport transfer fee 300 THB/ person/ one-way.
Transfer fee from pier to Resort is 600 THB/ person/ one-way.

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check-outs after 12:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of room rate per room per night. 100% of room rate per room per night will be applied to late check-outs after 18:00 hrs.
No accommodation & breakfast charges for child under 4.
No accommodation charge for child under 12 sharing a room with parents without extra bed. Compulsory breakfast (Continental or ABF) surcharge per meal per child will be applicable at half price. More than one child per room, extra bed surcharge will be applicable at 600 THB including breakfast.

After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.

Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/thailandbooking, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
