Terms & Conditions:
- All room types are equipped with Satellite TV, mini-bar, coffee & tea making facilities, and veranda.
- DVD player, in-room safe, and hair dryer will be provided only in Suites.
- Complimentary drinking water and coffee provided for every room type.
Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
Deposit payment is non-refundable but arrival & departure dates can be changed within 1 year.
No cancellation fee for Cancellations made 14 days before arrival.
1-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows, Early Check-Outs, and Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
50% of room rate will be applied to late check-out before 18:00 hrs., and 100% of room rate will be applied to late check-out after 18:00 hrs.
Airport transfer fee per person per one-way trip is 400 THB. If more than one person per trip, a fee is 250 THB.
All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of ABF for 2 persons, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
Extra person surcharge per person per night is 500 THB including extra bed and ABF.
No extra bed/ extra person in any Standard Rooms.
Baby cot is available upon request for free of charge.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International, and JBC are accepted. 3% of credit card service fee will be applicable.
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
No charge for a child under 12 sharing a room with parents without extra bed, which is up to maximum of 1 child/ room. Compulsory breakfast surcharge will be applicable at 100 THB/ meal.
Booking Restrictions:
Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner: 2,000 THB/ person for adult and 1,000 THB/ person for child under 12.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner: 2,500 THB/ person for adult and 1,250THB/ person for child under 12.
What you can expect:
After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.

In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 5% for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.

Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/thailandbooking, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
