Terms & Conditions:
-All room types are equipped with coffee & tea making facilities, telephone, safe box, umbrella, hair dryer, sofa bed, & balcony or veranda.
- Slippers and bathrobes are available at every room, except Superior Room.
- Khun Pan Family Suite consists of one master bedroom, one bedroom, and a lining room.
Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
No charge for Cancellations made 7 days before arrival during 16 October 2008 - 20 December 2008; otherwise, 1-night rate per room will be applicable. Cancellations are required to make 14 days before arrival during 21 December 2008 - 10 January 2009; otherwise, 50% of total booking cost will be applicable.
No Refund for No Shows.
Early Check-Outs are required to make at least 24 hours before departure and 1-night rate per room will be applicable.
All above rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
All above rates are for Single or Double occupancy.
Extra bed surcharge per bed per night including breakfast is 1,200 THB for adult and 800 THB for child under 10.
Baby cot surcharge per cot per night is 200 THB for children aged 1 - 3 years old.
VISA and MasterCard are accept.
Check-out time is 10:00 hrs.
No charge for a child under 10 sharing a room with parents without extra bed. Compulsory breakfast surcharge per meal per child will be applicable at 175 THB.
Booking Restrictions:
Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner: 1,200 THB/ person for adult, and 600 THB/ person for child under 10.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner: 1,500 THB/ person for adult, and 750 THB/ person for child under 10.
What you can expect:
After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.

In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 5% for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.

Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/thailandbooking, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
