- All room types are equipped with IDD telephone, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryer, bathrobes & slippers, and veranda but no slippers provided in Standard Garden Villas.
- CD & DVD Player is available in every room type, except Standard Garden Villa.
- 26 LCD TVs are provided in Deluxe Garden Villas while 32 LCD TVs are available in Super Deluxe Villas.
- Safe boxes are provided in Standard Garden Villas and Deluxe Garden Villas whereas electronic safes are available in Deluxe Wings and Super Deluxe Villas.
- Private balcony with chairs are available in all room types, except Deluxe Wing.
- Internet card, sofa, separate bathtub & shower, and make up room service twice a day are available only in Super Deluxe Villas.
- Welcome drink upon arrival.

Full pre-payment is required to make before arrival.
1-night rate per room will be applied to No Shows, Early Check-Outs, or Cancellations during Low and High Seasons, and 3-night charge will be applied to any bookings during Peak Season.

The 3rd person surcharge/ extra bed surcharge including ABF for adult is 1,500 THB during Low and High Seasons, and 1,700 THB during Peak Season.

What you can expect:
After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
